GIGABYTE AORUS K1 – A new Cherry MX Red mechanical gaming keyboard GIGABYTE has introduced a new mechanical gaming keyboard to its lineup: the AORUS K1. The keyboard measures 440 mm in length, 130 mm in width and 40 mm height. There is a 2 meter long braided cable adjustable in three different ways. Gigabyte has equipped the AORUS K1 with CHERRY MX Red mechanical key switches, which are characterized by linear switching, 45 cN operating force and 2 mm actuation travel. Switches have a service life of more than 100 million keypresses. The AORUS K1 sports per-key RGB backlighting which is fully customizable and synchronizable with other AORUS devices, through the GIGABYTE RGB Fusion 2.0 software. The keyboard also features on-the-fly multimedia keys, backlighting control and on-board memory to save profiles and configurations. Moreover, the AORUS K1 features an Anti-Ghosting Matrix key-switch design, multimedia and backlight control keys.
